Yoga & play. How to reduce anxiety and depression
In this latest episode Wendy interviews Yoga Teacher Stephen Harding

During menopause, anxiety and depression rear their heads. However through yoga and a playful attitude, we can learn to face our fears, become flexible in body and spirit, and to feel more confident and have improved self-esteem.
Stephen began his yoga journey in 1991 where he studied with Rhada Ireland in Skyros. There he learnt the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. Since then he has trained with Danny Paradise (teacher to Madonna and Sting), Leela Miller, John Scott, David Svenson, Gilly Harouvi, Cliff Barber, Richard Freeman, Nancy Gilgoff and BNS Iyengar in Mysore, India.
Stephen is an accredited ‘Senior Yoga Teacher’ (SYT) with Yoga Alliance Professionals. He brings his fun energy to all his classes. His students range in age from 3 years right up to those in their late 80’s! He says yoga is for everybody. After a class you really do feel great!
Stephen studied at Dartington College of Arts and gained a BA(hons) degree in Visual Performance in 1999. His classes are in the South Hams, Devon, UK.
