By using our Site and products, you agree to our terms:
New to Glow? Start with a Try-Me Experience, even if your skin isn’t sensitive. This allows you to do a patch test. Read the ingredients listings. Watch the product demonstration videos. If you still have questions get in touch.
Payment You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay. I do NOT see your credit card data. My website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to protect your data.
Prices are in GBP. Prices and packaging can change without notice. Prices exclude VAT. I’m a small artisan crafter below the UK VAT registration threshold, so I don’t charge or collect VAT.
Delivery Duties. Buyers outside the UK are responsible for import duties and taxes. Commonly you will get a note from your local postal department requesting payment of outstanding charges before your goods are handed over.
Bespoke, customised and special orders take longer to ship because they’re made from scratch just for you, so please plan ahead. These are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Delivery: Orders are sent with Royal Mail. Because Glow is small batch, I may sell out so please allow for this and order early. If you live in Canada or the USA, allow extra time for delays by extreme weather or postal strikes. (Perhaps keep a spare set for emergencies?)
Feedback: I will get in touch with you by email to see how you are doing with your purchases.
Allergies? Check the ingredients before ordering. In the unlikely event your skin reacts, contact me immediately so I can see your skin over an online video consultation and work out a solution.
Please inspect your order on arrival and report any errors or damages within 24 hours. You need to email for a returns number before sending anything back. We may be able to resolve any problems without the need to return the item. Send the item registered, signed for and well wrapped.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a refund.
Do this by contacting me by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund (less postage, packing and credit card fees), will be applied towards your next purchase. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis described. The item returned must be unopened, unused in original protective packaging.
Bespoke products, consultations, courses and digital goods are not refundable.
Product variations. Colour/scent variations are normal in natural handmade products.
Storage: Store your products in the cool and dark. Use before the best by date. After that, compost the contents and recycle your Miron glass.

Visitors to our website
When someone visits my website I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect anonymous data so that I can understand how visitors use my site. No personal information is collected. See my Cookies policy below.
User data stored
I collect your name, email, phone number and address when you order, for accounting purposes.
Your credit card company or PayPal handles all your credit card details.

You can ask for a copy of all your personal data I store. I may charge a small admin fee if the task is excessive.
You can ask me to delete all your personal data from my records. I would then anonymize your data for future research.
To exercise these rights, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will need proof of identity from you before releasing information.
What to do if you are not happy
In the first instance, email me to see if we can resolve it . If you are still not happy with any aspect of how I collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), (www.ico.org.uk).
