By using our Site and products, you agree to our terms:
New to Glow? Start with a Try-Me Kit, even if your skin isn't sensitive. This allows you to do a patch test.
Payment You can pay by PayPal or credit card. We do not see your credit card data. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to protect your data.
Prices are in GBP. Prices and packaging can change without notice.
Delivery Duties. Buyers outside the EU are responsible for import duties and taxes. Commonly you will get a note from your local postal department requesting payment of outstanding charges before your goods are handed over.
Off-the-shelf (standard) orders are packed within 1-2 working days, when stocks are available. I make in small batches, sometimes I sell out, so please allow for this and order early.
Bespoke, customised and special orders take longer to ship because they're made from scratch just for you, so please plan ahead. These are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Delivery: Orders are sent out Monday to Friday with Royal Mail or Parceforce. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any errors or damages within 24 hours.
Feedback: I will get in touch with you by email or phone to see how you are doing with your purchases.
Allergies? Check the ingredients before ordering. In the unlikely event your skin reacts, contact me immediately so I can see your skin over a Skype session and work out a solution.
Returns. You need to call or email for a returns number before sending anything back. We may be able to resolve any problems without the need to return the item. Send the item registered, signed for and well wrapped. Full details below.
Product variations. Colour/scent variations are normal in natural handmade products.
Storage: Store your products in the cool and dark. Use before the best by date. After that, bin them. Be planet aware (recycle, re-use, compost).

We collect your name, email, phone number and address when you order.

We store sales records for accounting purposes.

If you have an allergy or medical condition, we will store that data to advise you on suitability of products.

You can ask for a copy of all your personal data we store. We may charge a small admin fee if the task is excessive.
You can ask us to delete all your personal data from our records. We would then anonymize your data for future research.
To exercise these rights, please email your request to [email protected] We will need proof of identity from you before releasing information.
The only sensitive data we might store would be allergies or medical conditions, that were relevant to skincare.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that all data you input to our site is securely encrypted between your web browser and our web server.
What to do if you are not happy
In the first instance, email us to see if we can resolve it . If you are still not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), (www.ico.org.uk).

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund, less post and packing, will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. The item returned must be unopened, unused in original packaging. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
